About Me: My name is Ms. DeGiacomo and I will be your student’s teacher for the school year. Ms. Chambers is our amazing teacher assistant! I am looking forward to a very productive and exciting year in Kindergarten! Throughout the school year, each student in our learning community will be working on different skills, including reading, writing and math. My goal is to ensure that each student is able to improve greatly in each area. High expectations have been set for every single student. Together, we will work towards mastering those skills necessary for academic, personal and social success!

Homework: Student's receive homework on Monday and it is due on Friday! Folders: Student's must bring folder to school everyday! Behavior Charts: Please check Please practice reading 5-15 min a night, writing name, letters/sounds, and numbers!
Every day of school is a significant one, so it is very important that your child come to school every day and on time (school begins at 8:35am).
But most importantly, I want to stress the importance of open communication between you and myself. I believe that you know your child the best and any information or advice that you would like to provide will be appreciated. Please do not hesitate to contact me to set up a meeting.
